Heavy-Weight SPT — G+4 Building, Yaoundé

In the heart of the capital, a four-storey building needed a foundation as ambitious as the vision behind it. For Mr. Moundu Agien Cyprian's proposed G+4 in Nkomassi, Yaoundé VII, our team carried out a heavy-weight Standard Penetration Test across three strategic points — split-spoon sampling, calibrated blow counts and depth-wise resistance profiles analysed with the Dutch formula. The outcome: a certified bearing capacity, the right founding depth, and complete peace of mind before the first column ever rose.

GPS Boundary Survey & Beaconing

Land disputes have cost families more than any storm ever could. So we don't stop at the measurement — we finish the job. First we fix your plot with precise GPS control and establish its true legal limits; then, as you can watch below, we plant permanent concrete beacons into the ground at every corner. Those pillars are more than stones: they are the quiet, unshakeable proof that this land is yours. Survey it. Beacon it. Sleep well.

Soil Investigation — G+2 Residential Building, Kumba

Before a single block was laid, we answered the question every serious builder asks first: what is the ground really made of? Our geotechnical team deployed a calibrated Lightweight Dynamic Cone Penetrometer across three strategic test points on this Kumba site, mapping soil resistance from surface to refusal depth. The data revealed the exact bearing stratum, guided the choice of reinforced-concrete pad foundations, and locked in a safe founding depth of 1.6 m — giving the client a certified, engineer-backed guarantee that their G+2 home will stand on solid ground for generations.

DPC Soil Testing — G+1 Nkongho Residence, Kumba

Another Kumba client, another plot that needed answers before the first trench was dug. Our field crew arrived at Nkongho's residential site with the Lightweight Dynamic Cone Penetrometer, drove sounding rods through every soil layer, and recorded blow-by-blow resistance data that no guesswork can replace. The result: a clear, certified profile of ground conditions, a proven foundation type, and the confidence that this G+1 family home is engineered from the ground up — literally.

Architectural Scale Models

Before the concrete, there is the craft. We build our designs by hand — real, touchable scale models you can walk around, turn in the light and truly understand. Watch the detail in the clips below: every column, every window, every tile placed with care. This is how we help clients, families and financiers believe in a building before the first block is laid — because a company that builds the model this carefully will build your home with the same hands. Engineering you can hold.

SPT Soil Investigation — Buea

On a green Buea hillside, our crew set up the heavy-weight SPT tripod and got to work — driving the split-spoon sampler, counting every blow, reading the ground the way only trained hands can. This is the unglamorous, essential step that separates buildings that last from buildings that crack: knowing exactly what lies beneath before you trust it with your life's investment. Safety, proven one blow at a time.

Lightweight DPC Field Campaign — 2026

Month after month, plot after plot, our geotechnical team fans out across the country with the Lightweight Dynamic Cone Penetrometer. From April through June 2026, family after family trusted DIVINCO to answer the one question that decides everything: is this ground ready to carry my dream? Fast, affordable, certified soil testing — because it is always cheaper to test the earth than to rebuild on it.

Survey Training — The Next Generation
Training

Survey Training — The Next Generation

Watch closely: that student bent over the level, reading the staff for the very first time, could be the engineer who builds your city tomorrow. At DIVINCO we don't just survey land — we raise surveyors. We put real instruments in real hands, in the field and on the school ground, teaching young Cameroonians the craft of reading the earth with precision. Knowledge, like a good foundation, is meant to be passed on.

Lightweight DCP — G+2 School, Mbengwi
Geotechnical study

Lightweight DCP — G+2 School, Mbengwi

A school is a promise to the next generation — and you do not gamble with a promise. For Mrs. Tata's proposed two-storey school in Mbengwi, built on soft ground beside a stream where groundwater rises fast and soil strength drops the moment it saturates, that promise could have cracked right beneath the children's feet. So DIVINCO drove six Dynamic Cone Penetrometer soundings across the site, mapped every weak pocket and every firm layer, and delivered the one answer no contractor can ever guess: exactly how deep and how strong this ground truly is. Classrooms that stand for generations begin here — in the soil, with us. If you are building anything that matters, test the ground first. Call DIVINCO before the blocks go down.

Research & Development — Soil & Materials Testing
Research

Research & Development — Soil & Materials Testing

Great engineering never stops learning. Behind DIVINCO's field services runs a current of real research — collecting soil samples, crushing and grading laterite, and pushing materials through the testing rig to understand exactly how they behave under load. It is this restless curiosity, the will to test rather than assume, that lets us design lighter, stronger and more affordable structures for the families and communities we serve.

Architectural Walkthroughs & 3D Animation

Don't just look at your future home — walk through it. Before a single block is laid, DIVINCO brings your design to life in cinematic 3D: the light through the glass, the garden in bloom, the drive up to your own front door. These animated walkthroughs let you feel a space, change your mind, and fall in love — all while it still costs nothing to change. This is the future of building, and it starts on your screen.

Geophysical Survey — Bambili
Geophysical survey

Geophysical Survey — Bambili

Water is not found by luck — it is found by science. On this Bambili site, our team ran a geophysical survey to read what lies hidden beneath the surface, mapping the ground to guide borehole drilling to the right point and the right depth. A perfect geologist does not guess; they read the land. It is always cheaper to plan properly than to drill wrongly — and clean, reliable water is worth doing right.

Lightweight DCP — G+3 Commercial Building, Bamenda I
Geotechnical study

Lightweight DCP — G+3 Commercial Building, Bamenda I

In the hills of Bamendankwen, Mr. Ngamaleu Franck Gilles was about to raise a three-storey commercial building — three floors of ambition resting on sloping highland ground of dark clay over loose, shifting ferralitic and pyroclastic soils, the kind that turn treacherous the very moment the rains arrive. One wrong assumption here and years of investment crack from the foundation up. So before a single drop of concrete was poured, DIVINCO was on site with the Lightweight Dynamic Cone Penetrometer — reading the earth point by point, blow by blow — and handed back a certified foundation the owner can trust with his money and his name. This is the thin line between a building that earns for decades and one that fails in its first storm. Which one will yours be? Call DIVINCO before you build, never after.
