Lightweight DCP — G+2 School, Mbengwi

A school is a promise to the next generation — and you do not gamble with a promise. For Mrs. Tata's proposed two-storey school in Mbengwi, built on soft ground beside a stream where groundwater rises fast and soil strength drops the moment it saturates, that promise could have cracked right beneath the children's feet. So DIVINCO drove six Dynamic Cone Penetrometer soundings across the site, mapped every weak pocket and every firm layer, and delivered the one answer no contractor can ever guess: exactly how deep and how strong this ground truly is.
