How do I buy a house plan?
Choose a plan in the shop and click Buy now. You'll pay securely online (card, mobile money or bank transfer) and receive an instant download of the full plan set — PDF and CAD/DWG files. Works from anywhere in the world.
Can you design something custom for my plot?
Yes. Send us your plot dimensions, budget and requirements through the contact form or WhatsApp, and we'll prepare a bespoke architectural design and quote. Existing plans can also be modified to fit your needs.
Do you carry out geotechnical and survey work?
Yes — we run our own soil laboratory and field testing (DCPT, SPT) and offer topographic, GPS, boundary and subdivision surveys with construction staking, across Cameroon.
Do you offer training?
Yes. DIVINCO provides hands-on professional training for students and practitioners in land surveying, geotechnical testing, technical software and site practice. Contact us for the current schedule.
Do you work outside Cameroon?
We serve clients across Africa — Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Kenya, Zambia — and the diaspora in Europe and beyond. Plans are delivered digitally; construction, survey and geotechnical services are arranged by project.
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Secure online checkout accepts cards, mobile money and bank transfer, with pricing available in XAF, USD and EUR so international clients can pay easily.
