Heavy-Weight SPT — G+4 Building, Yaoundé

In the heart of the capital, a four-storey building needed a foundation as ambitious as the vision behind it. For Mr. Moundu Agien Cyprian's proposed G+4 in Nkomassi, Yaoundé VII, our team carried out a heavy-weight Standard Penetration Test across three strategic points — split-spoon sampling, calibrated blow counts and depth-wise resistance profiles analysed with the Dutch formula. The outcome: a certified bearing capacity, the right founding depth, and complete peace of mind before the first column ever rose.
